Parks Consulting Reaches Acquisition Agreement with Robbins-Gioia
May 31, 2006, Charlotte, NC—Parks Consulting today announced it has reached an agreement to be acquired
by Alexandria, VA-based Robbins-Gioia, LLC, the leading provider of program management services.
