SeaPort-e

SeaPort-e is the Navy's contract vehicle for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst all SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. As a prime contract holder on Seaport-e, Robbins-Gioia has the ability to compete for work in all 22 functional areas.

Design & Engineering Support Program II (DESP II)

The DESP II is a five-year multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle available for usage within AFMC, the Air Force, DOD, and other government agencies. The purpose of the contract is to provide rapid, high quality engineering and technical services to the Air Force Air Logistics Center, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), the Army’s Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Department of Defense agencies, and other government entities (e.g., NASA, DOT, DOS, EPA, OSHA, etc).

U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response (R2)

The R2 contract is available to all Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, as well as any other federal agency. The contract scope of work includes programs and services that support aircraft, tracked and wheeled vehicles, ground support equipment, shelters and the warfighter. R2 provides the means for the timely delivery of parts, subassemblies and assemblies that are difficult to procure due to outdated technologies, lack of engineering data, and/or limited quantities to be acquired. The contract provides direct support for design, integration, testing, modifications, maintenance, configuration management, quality assurance, system safety, hazardous material management, technical and engineering data management, support and analysis, packing, handling, storage, marking and transportation of said parts, subassemblies and assemblies. In addition, it provides for contractor logistics support, acquisitions support, training, studies and analysis to support rapid response efforts.

Air Force Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS)

NETCENTS is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that provides the Air Force, the Department of Defense, and other federal agencies with a single vehicle through which to buy network-centric information technologies, networking equipment, and services, as well as voice, video, and data communications hardware and software.

Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) for SAF/FM Support Basic Ordering Agreement (BPA)

The BPA covers a wide range of diverse A&AS, to include, but not limited to, program management, administrative support, consulting, and training. Such services may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and technical support.

United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS)

The USTRANSCOM A&AS contract serves as a vehicle to provide broad technical and analytical tools, to support and improve policy development, management and administration, and to improve the operation of systems. USTRANSCOM A&AS shall be used to complement the Government’s technical expertise in accomplishing its mission. Outputs may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training and services to complement the Government’s technical expertise. Under no circumstances will any work under this contract and subsequent task orders be used to perform work of a policy, decision-making, or managerial nature that is the direct responsibility of agency officials.

Provides logistics domain technical services to AMCOM, Army PEOs, Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM), and other Army/DoD organizations.
