Ronald L. Orr has been CEO of RLO Associates Inc since 2005. He provides consulting services to several major systems integration and IT firms, as well as educational institutions. Utilizing his personal background and expertise, he provides advice on business development, change management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management and related commercial and government disciplines. Ronald L. Orr, a member of the Senior Executive Service, was Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment and Logistics, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2002 to 2005. In this role, he provided guidance, direction and executive oversight to the Assistant Secretary for overall supervision of installations, environment, safety and occupational health and logistics. The department's responsibilities included military construction, base closure and realignment.
